Meet our Leadership
Trey Stephens, Pastor
Trey has served as Pastor of Fairview since February 2016. Over the last ten years he has served in various ministries and is a graduate from Leavell College at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. God has given him a love for the local church and a passion to make disciples!
Trey is married to his beautiful wife Rebecca and they are blessed with one son Tripp. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, antiquing, and building stuff out of Legos with Tripp.

Linda Dyer, Secretary and Organist
Linda began working as part time secretary of the church in November 2005. She has either been pianist or organist for the church for many years, involved in music and drama.
Linda graduated from Pepperell High School and attended college at Floyd College.
Linda was the wife to the late Arnold Dyer, daughter of the late Wesley & Vera Duke, and she has one son, Russ, who lives in Lindale, GA with his wife Carla, and their two children, Maggie & Price Dyer; one daughter, Katie Dyer of Lindale and one special grandchild, Austin Norton of Rome.
Linda worked at BellSouth for 30 years and Floyd College for 13 years.

Robby Silver, Worship Leader
Robby grew up in Pleasant Hope Baptist Church in Silver Creek and joined us as Worship Leader the first of 2018. His family is excited to be serving at Fairview!
Robby is married to his lovely wife, Trudy, and has three beautiful daughters, Madeline, Abigal, and Mary. Robby has worked and owned his own company for 12 years, Silver Construction Company.
Russ Dyer, Choir Leader
Russ Dyer grew up in Fairview involved in the music program, and has been the Interim Music Director several times. He has recently been voted in as the Choir Leader and feels honored to serve the church.
Russ is married to his beautiful wife, Carla Price Dyer, and has two children, Maggie and Price. He works for DeKalb Office selling furniture to medical facilities serving several areas in Georgia.
Patricia Sweezey, Children's Director and Pianist
Pat coordinates children's activities from birth to 5th grade. She has worked with children in church for over 35 years. Pat has a Master's Degree in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. She taught public school for 31 years before she retired and became an autism consultant.
Pat and her husband, Ed, have been married for 37 years, have two children and two grandchildren. Their son Stephen and Marie, live in Santa Fe, New Mexico with their sweet son, Harrison. Their daughter Suzanne and her husband, Matt, with their precious daughter, Kambree, live in Cedartown.
David and April Legg, Student Leaders
David and April have been serving as Student Leaders at Fairview since 2010. David and April have been married since 1998 and have three sons Michael, DJ, and Koby. They love working with students and have a heart to see them discipled and be on mission.
